Powershell Passphrase Generator
You can generate a secure shell (SSH) key pair for an Oracle Java Cloud Service instance on a Windows platform by using the PuTTY Key Generator utility.
Download PuTTY Key Generator (PuTTYgen) application from here Open PuTTYgen and choose 'Conversions', click 'Import Key' Find your private key file (usually iddsa) then click 'Open' - you will be asked for passphrase You can now save your key as a PPK file by clicking 'Save private key' button.

PuTTYgen is included with your PuTTY installation. To download PuTTY, go to http://www.putty.org/.
- Start PuTTYgen on your Windows computer.
- For Type of key to generate, select SSH-2 RSA.

- When prompted, move the mouse around the specified section of the window.
- Optional: Enter a passphrase for the private key in Key passphrase and Confirm passphrase.
